1. Assumption of Risk & Participation

By booking and attending any class at Pilates Social Club (“PSC”, “we”, “us”), you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks including, but not limited to, muscular injury, joint injury, falls, cardiovascular events, and aggravation of pre-existing conditions. You participate in all PSC classes entirely at your own risk.

PSC, its owners, directors, instructors, and staff accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, damage, illness, or death arising from your participation in any class, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Health Declaration & Medical Conditions

You are solely responsible for assessing whether participation in Pilates is appropriate for your physical condition. PSC strongly recommends consulting a qualified medical professional before beginning any new exercise program, particularly if you have any existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns.

You must disclose all relevant health conditions, injuries, and physical limitations to your instructor before each class.Failure to disclose a health condition does not reduce PSC’s protection from liability — it increases your own risk. PSC accepts no liability for injury or adverse health outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.

If you declare an injury, muscle pain, or other health condition during account registration or at any time prior to class, you acknowledge that you are attending at your own risk and that PSC is not responsible for any worsening of your condition.

3. Pregnancy

If you are pregnant, you may only participate in classes designated as “All Levels”. Participation in any other class level while pregnant is not permitted. Your instructor must be informed of your pregnancy before every class without exception.

Participation in any PSC class is not permitted if you are more than 6 months (24 weeks) pregnant.If you are fewer than 6 months pregnant, you may attend All Levels classes only, subject to your instructor’s discretion and your own medical clearance.

PSC accepts no liability whatsoever for any injury, pregnancy complication, miscarriage, premature labour, foetal harm, or any other adverse outcome arising from participation in PSC classes while pregnant. By attending while pregnant, you accept full and exclusive responsibility for all associated risks.

4. Children

Children aged 11 years and under may only participate in classes designated as “All Levels”. A parent or legal guardian must be present on the studio premises for the duration of any class attended by a child aged 11 or under.

The parent or legal guardian bears sole responsibility for the safety and welfare of the child during the class. PSC accepts no liability for injury or harm to any child attending a class. By booking a class for a minor, the parent or legal guardian accepts these terms in full on the child’s behalf.

5. Filming & Photography

PSC may film or photograph classes for internal review, instructor training, and marketing purposes. By attending classes, you acknowledge this practice. If you have indicated that you do not consent to being filmed, PSC will make reasonable efforts to position you away from camera angles. However, PSC does not guarantee complete exclusion from all studio footage and accepts no liability for incidental capture.

If you wish to film yourself during a class, you are responsible for obtaining verbal consent from all other persons who may appear in your footage before filming begins. PSC accepts no liability for any dispute, complaint, or legal claim arising from personal filming conducted by class participants.

6. Class Booking Policy

All class bookings require an active credit balance. Credits are purchased in advance through class packages. Walk-in customers may attend subject to availability. Each booking deducts one credit from your oldest active package. Bookings close 1 hour before class start time.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 12 hours before class receive a full credit refund. Cancellations within 12 hours, and no-shows, do not receive a credit refund.

8. Credit Packages

Credit packages are non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be extended, transferred, or refunded under any circumstances, including injury, illness, or travel.

9. Waitlist

Waitlisted participants are automatically booked when a spot becomes available and one credit is deducted. You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time without penalty.

10. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in Thai Baht (THB). All sales are final. PSC does not offer refunds on purchased packages except as expressly stated in these terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PSC’s total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of PSC services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific class or package directly giving rise to the claim.

PSC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of income, loss of enjoyment, or any other loss not directly caused by PSC’s proven direct negligence.

12. Privacy

We collect your name, phone number, email, and booking history to provide our services. Health information you provide is stored securely and shared only with instructors on a need-to-know basis for your safety. Your data is not sold to third parties.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

14. Changes to Terms

PSC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of PSC services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
